No Fuss Pumpkin Soup Recipe

A timeless, effortless pumpkin soup that comes together in no time. It boasts a rich, velvety texture, delightful pumpkin essence, and exquisite hints of savoury goodness!

Ingredients

  • 1 kg pumpkin
  • 1 packet French onion soup
  • 400 g potatoes
  • 1 ½ chicken stock cubes
  • 1 ½ bacon stock cubes
  • 1 litre water
  • 600 ml cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. Put all ingredients into a saucepan, except the cream.

2. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook uncovered until the pumpkin is cooked.

3. Purée the vegetables and liquid, then return to the saucepan. Add the cream.

4. Season to taste and garnish.

5. Serve and enjoy!
