Easy Crustless Chicken Quiche Recipe

Crustless Chicken Quiche dish is a favourite of many who loves the flavours of eggs, becon and cheese mixed altogether to get a mouth watering taste.





  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 small zucchini, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 egg whites
  • ¾ cup (180ml) oat milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4.5 oz (125g) roast chicken slices
  • ¼ cup (25g) parmesan, grated


1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

2. Add the sliced zucchini and chopped peppers, season with salt and pepper.

3. Cook for 6-7 minutes or until tender.

4. Transfer the vegetables into a bowl and allow to cool as you prepare the egg mixture.

5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9-inch pie or square tin and set aside.

6. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, egg whites, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.

7. Arrange the veggies in the prepared pan and top with the chicken slices.

8. Pour the egg mixture on top, and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.

9. Bake for 45 minutes or until the filling is set and no longer jiggles.

10. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Serve with a side salad or veggies.
