Cranberry & Banana Bread Recipe

Cranberry Banana Bread is made with flavorful fresh cranberries, sweet ripe bananas, cinnamon & nutmeg to make this fantastic take on traditional banana bread recipe.





  • 1 ¼ cups (160g) oat flour
  • ¾ cup (65g) almond meal
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • ⅓ cup (70g) coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup (40g) dried cranberries, chopped
  • ⅓ cup (60g) dark chocolate chips


1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

2. Line an 8×5-inch loaf tin with baking paper.

3. In a large bowl, combine oat flour, almond meal, baking soda, and salt.

4. In a food processor or blender, combine coconut oil, coconut sugar, and maple syrup.

5. Add mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract to the food processor or blender, and blend until well combined.

6. Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and blend until just combined.

7. Gently stir in the chopped dried cranberries and dark chocolate chips.

8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

9. Bake for 60 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

10. Let the bread cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
