Chicken Buffalo Wings Recipe

Our Chicken Buffalo Wings bring a restaurant favorite straight to your home. Enjoy the perfect balance of heat and flavor with every bite!





  • 1.5kg chicken drumsticks or wings
  • 1 jar Beerenberg Chicken Chorizo Paella 30 Minute Meal Base
  • 1 tbsp Beerenberg Chilli Sauce
  • 50g blue cheese, crumbled (for garnish)


1. Toss the chicken drumsticks or wings in Beerenberg Chicken Chorizo Paella 30 Minute Meal Base and Beerenberg Chilli Sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.

2. Set the air fryer to 180°C and set the timer for 35 minutes.

3. Place the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket, reserving the marinade. Cook, turning the chicken until golden and cooked through.

4. Meanwhile, pour the remaining marinade into a medium frying pan. Bring to a boil over high heat and cook for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens and reduces. Pour the sauce into a large heatproof bowl.

5. Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and toss to coat. Serve with blue cheese crumbled over the chicken and lemon wedges to squeeze if preferred.
