Selecting the best corn is easy when you know what to look for. Choose ears with bright green husks that are tightly wrapped around the corn. The silk should be golden and slightly sticky to the touch. When you peel back the husk, the kernels should be plump and arranged in tight, even rows. Avoid corn with dry or browning husks, as well as kernels that have visible dents or gaps​.

Corn is incredibly versatile and can be enjoyed in numerous delicious ways. Grill the corn on the cob with a bit of butter and a sprinkle of salt for a classic summer treat.
