RUDOLPH'S NOSE TART
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1/2 cup cream cheese icing
750g fresh strawberries, hulled
1/4 chocolate bar
Icing sugar, to dust
Fresh mint leaves, to garnish
Preheat your oven to 200°c/180°c fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut the pastry into a large circle and prick all over with a fork.
Lay another sheet of baking paper on top of the pastry then cover with another baking tray to weigh down. Bake for 15 minutes. Once golden, set aside on a wire rack to cool completely.
Spread the cream cheese icing over the pastry and arrange the strawberries on the circle. Grate the chocolate over the strawberries. Dust with icing sugar and decorate with mint to serve. Enjoy.
