In a bowl, sift flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt. Then, add brown sugar, caster sugar, choc bits, blueberries, cranberries and pistachios.
Stir in melted butter and lightly whisked egg.
Measure out a tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls. Place, 5cm apart, on lined baking trays. Flatten until 1.5cm thick.
Bake at 180°C, 13 minutes or until golden.
Cool on the trays for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy.
