Put all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat; whisk until smooth. Reduce heat to low after it starts boiling and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat. Let cool. Keep refrigerated in a container with a tight lid.
Pureed Tomatoes*Rinse tomatoes and put in boiling water for 3 minutes until skin starts to come off. Peel tomatoes and puree in a blender. Add a dash of himalayan pink salt and adjust to taste.
